This project focused on creating a cohesive, homogenous and consistent look to all graphic materials coming our of Mdrn. Residential. It started with creating a the Mdrn. Brochure and later on inspired the complete Mdrn. Brand Book.

Aside from pictures of interior spaces, Mdrn. residential used social media for announcements, as well as for celebrating special occasions
Client Communications
Then we moved ahead to creating a single template for all showsheets (a single page with all information about sale/rental property).
All floorplans were redrawn, branded and added to showsheet.
Another way in which real estate agents communicate with tenants by direct mail posting.
Postcards are sent to whole buildings or specific clients announcing a new listing, a deal that was just closed or is currently in contract.
